Types of Flats

The different areas of the development are made up of buildings containing individual flats of varying sizes, 
each of which has either a covered terrace with a private garden or a balcony with a wooden arbor:

• one bedroom units of about 50 to 60 sqm living space
• two bedroom units of about 60 to 85 sqm living space 
• there are also some larger units as well as two great residences available
• private gardens from 50 to 250 sqm 
• covered terraces and balconies from 15 to 45 sqm
• a private parking space belongs to each home
• a covered garage for cars or boats is available 
• there are also some larger units and two great residences available. Information on request. 
• the holiday homes are for sale for the first time use (ready to move into)
