Garda Resort Village - La Bassana
DownloadAfter the completion of the first development of the Garda Resort Village - La Sermana in 2005 with about 365 units, the company started the construction of a new smaller-sized housing complex placed at the other side of the sport area on a 60,000 square meter lot, surrounded by the vineyards of Lugana.
This new development which was named La Bassana was constructed with an own entrance with gated reception and two swimming pools. The 1st part of La Bassana started up in 2014 after completion of the left swimming pool and surrounding buildings containing of about 96 units ready to use. The 2nd part has still to be completed of about 95 units.
Types of flats
The different group of homes of the Bassana, the so called "borghi", are made up of buildings containing individual flats of varying sizes, there is no "standard-flat". The Bassana keeps one- or two-bedroom holiday homes of about 50 to 85 sqm living spaces, some larger units as well as two large holiday residences. All homes have either a covered terrace and a private gareden or a balcony resp. a loggia.
